Portrait of Eve Hsiao

About

A strategist who likes shipping, not just slides.

Eve Hsiao is a fintech and Web3 strategy leader. She works where sharp thinking meets execution — turning ambiguous, high-stakes questions into decisions teams can actually move on.

Eve started in management consulting at McKinsey & Company, where she learned to break open messy problems, pressure-test the answer, and bring senior leaders somewhere they can commit. She carried that discipline into financial products and digital assets.

Most recently she was a senior strategy operator at Crypto.com, working across product direction, growth, and go-to-market in one of the fastest-moving corners of finance. Earlier, she led go-to-market for a US consumer credit card launch — the kind of work that only counts when it reaches real customers.

She studied at KU Leuven, spent an exchange at Wharton, and holds CFA Level I. She's based across Asia and open to senior strategy roles in fintech and Web3.

Secondary lens

Mentoring & strategy education

Strategy is a craft best kept sharp by teaching it. Eve mentors university students in Taiwan, has served as a case-competition judge with the University of Hong Kong, and contributes to program work with Dream2Story in Hong Kong. It's not a side business — it's how she stays close to how strategists are made, and how she gives some of that forward.
