Strategy Inside a Global Crypto Platform
Senior strategy in one of the fastest-moving markets in finance — setting direction when the ground keeps shifting.
The context
Digital-asset markets move faster than most strategy cycles are built for. Direction set on Monday can be overtaken by Friday. The work was to hold a coherent line through that volatility — to be adaptive without being reactive.
What I worked on
As a senior strategy operator, I worked across product direction and growth — pressure-testing where the business should lean in, where it should hold, and how to sequence bets so the platform stayed ahead of the market rather than chasing it.
A large part of the role was making a fast, noisy environment legible: separating signal from hype so leaders could commit with conviction.
How I approached it
Anchor to first principles about what actually creates durable value, then treat the market's churn as inputs rather than instructions. Build strategy that flexes at the edges but holds at the core, and keep it explainable — a direction no one can articulate is a direction no one will follow.
What it added up to
Clearer, more defensible direction in a domain where clarity is scarce — and a way of working that turned market speed from a threat into an advantage.
